Whole Wheat Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 beaten eggs
2-3 cup of water
Pepper





Method
In a large bowl, mix the flours and salt. Make a well in the center and make space for all the eggs and water. Pour the water and eggs in it slowly and form into a dough ball. Once dough is formed, check that it should be very slightly wet, pliable and smooth. If it’s too dry and crumbly, add a bit more water. If it’s too wet, knead in some flour – only a tbsp at a time. Make 5-6 dough balls and put them in a plastic bag to keep them from drying out. Let them rest for 20-30 minutes. Turn dough onto a floured surface; knead 8-10 times. To shape noodles, you can either use a pasta machine or a rolling pin.

Boil 3-4 tomatoes and peel them. Mash those peeled tomatoes. In a pan add some olive oil put chopped garlic in it and saute mashed tomatoes in it. Add chopped vegetables in it and saute them for 3-4 minutes. Add pasta in it. Put salt and pepper and serve this pasta with fresh cherry tomato sauce. You can add oregano and basil herbs according to your taste. Even  vegetables of your choice can also be added for making it more nutritious and tasty. Believe it taste amazing!
